Overview

Support client-focused real estate development projects as part of the Project and Development Services team. Working alongside Project Managers, you'll help deliver projects on time and within budget while maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring quality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain client relationships and serve as a project contact point

  • Communicate project progress, milestones, and deliverables

  • Conduct meetings to gather requirements and manage expectations

  • Provide design management consultation to meet client vision

  • Assist in developing project plans, budgets, and timelines

  • Draft project documentation including proposals and contracts

  • Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies

  • Manage design aspects (architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical)

  • Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders

  • Identify value engineering opportunities to reduce costs and save time

  • Generate project status reports and track milestones

  • Maintain project documentation including plans, schedules, and meeting minutes

  • Prepare client presentations and quality reports

  • Chair progress meetings and report on program, quality, and key parameters

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in construction management, real estate, engineering, or related field

  • Experience in project management within architecture, engineering, or construction environments

  • Strong client management and interpersonal skills

  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities with attention to detail

  • Proficiency in project management software, Microsoft Office Suite, and collaboration tools

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Professional certifications such as PMP desirable
