Requirements
• Senior pursuing a bachelor’s degree with excellent academic record
• Preference, but not requirement, for a major in Finance, Accounting, Management or Economics
• Demonstrated interest in real estate finance, valuation, and capital markets
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills with demonstrated ability to learn
• Must possess attention to detail and take pride in their work
• Organized and efficient, with ability to define priorities and “get things done”
• A confident, team player who listens to internal and external input and wants to gain experience
• Understanding of basic accounting concepts and financial statements
• Experience with Microsoft Office, including Excel, is required
