JOB TITLE: Video Content Intern

SUMMARY:

Aeroseal is looking for a Video Content Intern that will assist us in our mission by supporting Aeroseal’s growing video marketing efforts. This role will focus on developing engaging YouTube content, short-form videos for social media, and digital marketing assets that align with our brand and business goals.

You’ll play an important role in enhancing our presence across YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other channels—while learning hands-on how marketing, branding, and content creation come together in a real-world B2B setting.

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:

• Prior experience managing and creating content for social media platforms

• Experience with Adobe/Canva, basic video editing tools (e.g., CapCut, Adobe Express), and short-form video trends

• Strong storytelling instincts and a passion for digital content

• Ability to work independently and balance multiple tasks

• Interest in marketing, climate technology, or sustainability industries a plus

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• YouTube Strategy & Execution
• o Merge and optimize existing YouTube channels and content
• o Assist in planning, scripting, and editing video content for YouTube
• o Optimize YouTube videos with titles, descriptions, thumbnails, and tags
• o Track performance analytics and identify growth opportunities
• Short-Form Video Content
• o Instagram Reels/YouTube Shorts that tell quick, compelling stories
• o Edit and publish videos using templates or original designs
• o Help adapt long-form content into short-form highlights, including webinar content
• General Digital Marketing Support
• o Assist with campaign content, landing pages, or email visuals
• o Maintain asset libraries and organize content for reuse
• o Collaborate with the digital and content teams to ensure brand consistency
• o Audit existing video assets and create a new folder system/library

The estimated pay range for this role is $16.00 - $21.00 per hour.  Actual pay is based on various factors including, but not limited to, the successful candidate’s experience, skills, knowledge, and job location.  Please note that the compensation details listed in role postings reflect the base salary and do not include bonuses or benefits.
