As part of the CTO Office at CTS EVENTIM, you will work at the intersection of strategy, tech and change. Our Transformation Management Office (TMO) drives six parallel workstreams – and you’ll be right in the middle of it.
Your tasks – what to expect:
Work closely with the TMO team to coordinate and support multiple transformation streams across the organization
Take ownership of specific substreams – e.g. communication and change management efforts company-wide
Join regular collaboration and problem-solving sessions with senior leadership
Contribute ideas, structure information, and support in driving tangible outcomes
Your profile – what you bring:
Strong communication skills and a proactive, structured working style
First experience or high interest in transformation, change or program management
Ability to engage with senior stakeholders in a confident and professional manner
You are fluent in English; German is a plus
