The Role

About the Role

We are seeking a GTM Intern to assist our GTM team with Hume AI’s existing partnership initiatives and customer education. This role will be responsible for driving forward business relationships that foster awareness of our AI-powered voice solutions. The ideal candidate should be able to distill technical concepts into compelling narratives.

Hume AI is dedicated to building artificial intelligence that is directly optimized for human well-being. We raised a Series B funding round in 2024 and just launched the beta of our next flagship AI model, EVI 3, a foundational speech-language model that drives an empathic AI assistant for any application.

Responsibilities

  • Lead thought leadership efforts on how businesses should adopt conversational AI, including blog posts, articles, and reports.
  • Drive product update communications—from major model launches to incremental feature releases.
  • Produce engaging integration demos, showcasing how Hume AI works with partners and external tools.
  • Develop customer success stories and partnership marketing initiatives with companies integrating Hume AI.
  • Create workshop and webinar content, ranging from product deep dives to industry trend discussions.
  • Collaborate with sales and customer success teams to enhance customer education through guides, tutorials, and onboarding materials.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in product management or engineering is strongly preferred.
  • A background in AI, voice technology, or conversational AI is a plus.
  • Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into compelling and digestible marketing materials.
  • Strong writing and storytelling skills, with experience in creating content for thought leadership and product education.
