Here at The Exploration Company, we are developing, producing, and operating Nyx, a modular and reusable space orbital vehicle that can eventually be refuelled in orbit and that can carry cargo - and potentially humans in the longer run.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sourcing strategies by building talent pipelines, conducting market research, performing talent mapping, and identifying potential candidates

  • Provide talent intelligence and market insights, including competitor analysis and skills availability to guide hiring strategies and workforce planning.

  • Source and engage candidates through LinkedIn, Xing, ATS, job boards, social media, Google search, HeadHunter, and professional networks.

  • Conduct initial screenings, coordinate and schedule interviews, and ensure smooth recruitment processes.

  • Post vacancies, maintain the talent database, update candidate profiles, track status changes, and manage ATS records.

  • Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers across functions to align sourcing with business objectives.

  • Build professional networks, nurture passive candidates, promote the company brand, and support employer branding initiatives.

  • Track sourcing metrics, maintain recruitment dashboards, monitor job opening status, and participate in projects that enhance hiring efficiency.

  • Support with Employer Branding initiatives

  • Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the manager.

Qualifications:

  • Enrolled in university or a recent business graduate.

  • Strong interest in HR or talent acquisition.

  • Excellent English communication skills; German is a plus.

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and positive.

  • Experience in fast-paced or competitive environments is advantageous.
