Here at The Exploration Company, we are developing, producing, and operating Nyx, a modular and reusable space orbital vehicle that can eventually be refuelled in orbit and that can carry cargo - and potentially humans in the longer run.
Overview:

Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive sourcing strategies by building talent pipelines, conducting market research, performing talent mapping, and identifying potential candidates
Provide talent intelligence and market insights, including competitor analysis and skills availability to guide hiring strategies and workforce planning.
Source and engage candidates through LinkedIn, Xing, ATS, job boards, social media, Google search, HeadHunter, and professional networks.
Conduct initial screenings, coordinate and schedule interviews, and ensure smooth recruitment processes.
Post vacancies, maintain the talent database, update candidate profiles, track status changes, and manage ATS records.
Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers across functions to align sourcing with business objectives.
Build professional networks, nurture passive candidates, promote the company brand, and support employer branding initiatives.
Track sourcing metrics, maintain recruitment dashboards, monitor job opening status, and participate in projects that enhance hiring efficiency.
Support with Employer Branding initiatives
Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the manager.
Qualifications:
Enrolled in university or a recent business graduate.
Strong interest in HR or talent acquisition.
Excellent English communication skills; German is a plus.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and positive.
Experience in fast-paced or competitive environments is advantageous.
