Internship – Swiss Institutional Clients (Support & Business Development) (12 months)

Responsibilities
- Assist with KYC, onboarding, and compliance tasks (using Atfinity, Aura, CIS) for new and existing clients
- Actively support the sales and marketing efforts of the Institutional Clients team in Switzerland, with a particular focus on German-speaking regions
- Assist in prospecting, mapping new institutional clients (pension funds, consultants, foundations, insurances) and updating the CRM accordingly
- Support the team in client interactions (calls, meetings, emails) and help prepare marketing documentation
- Prepare and distribute client communications on portfolio performance (Avaloq), product updates, market views, and reporting
- Develop a strong understanding of Rothschild & Co’s investment offering, including both listed and private markets solutions
- Contribute to day-to-day team operations, including administrative and organizational tasks
Education and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or master's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Hospitality (EHL), or related field
- Excellent command of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Familiarity with CRM tools or financial platforms is a plus
Experience, Skills and Competencies Required
- Completed Internship in finance, asset management, or a commercial/sales environment is a plus
- Knowledge and interest in financial markets, asset allocation and business development
- Fluent in German, English and French (written and spoken). Swiss-German is considered a plus
- Clear communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to adapt messages to different audiences
- Proactive, structured, and reliable team player with a strong sense of initiative and ownership
