We are looking for a Supply Chain Management Operational Excellence (OPEX) Intern that is motivated to significantly contribute to Supply Chain Process Improvements and Transfer of Processes to new process landscape of our site in Switzerland. This internship is starting as early as possible in 2025 for a duration of 6 to 12 months and will be based at our global headquarter in Baden, Switzerland.
Reporting to the OPEX Manager, you will support the OPEX Manager to bring SCM Processes to the next level.
You will be part of the business unit Supply & Value Chain Excellence and gain valuable insights in the SCM and Direct Material department.
Your responsibilities:

Develop and actively improve Supply Chain Processes in collaboration with the team based in Switzerland and in global hubs

Update process landscape

Support the OPEX Manager by taking over subprojects and add value by bringing in your own new ideas
Your background:

Bachelor/Master Student in a relevant Engineering or Supply Chain discipline with a basic understanding of Supply Chain processes

Interest in problem solving and interdisciplinary teamwork

Solution oriented, autonomous, and proactive working style. A high level of self-motivation, curiosity, and desire to learn

Fluency in German or English is a must
