We are looking for support for six months, ideally starting on 15.10.2026.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the Supply Team in day-to-day operations and independently taking ownership of recurring tasks and smaller projects.
  • Collecting and analyzing product, sales, and inventory data and preparing Excel analyses as a basis for our planning.
  • Together with the Supply Team, you maintain and update our forecasts and support sales and demand planning.
  • Calculating the required quantities of goods for our various warehouse locations and supporting us in optimizing inventory levels.
  • Coordinating and booking transportation and collaborating with our suppliers, warehouses, and logistics partners.
  • Supporting the development and launch of new products, while learning about the various steps from product development and production through to delivery.

What we expect from you

  • Enrolled student or graduate in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics Management, or a similar field of study.
  • Strong communication skills and a passion for e-commerce, efficient supply chains, and beauty products.
  • Proactive, structured way of working and motivation to contribute to process optimization.
  • Good experience with MS Office (especially Excel & PowerPoint) and an interest in working with additional software tools.
  • Enjoy working with data and an analytical mindset.
  • Very good written and spoken German and English skills.

Skills Required

  • Enrolled student or graduate in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics Management, or a related field
  • Very good written and spoken German and English skills
  • Good experience with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Analytical mindset and enjoyment of working with data
