- Assist the data team in daily data collection, collation and cleaning to ensure data accuracy and completeness
- Participate in data report creation/updates, and support data visualization tasks (e.g., Excel charts, basic BI tool use)
- Aid in data research & analysis, summarize findings into preliminary reports to inform business decisions
- Help maintain data documents: classify and file data materials to standardize data assets
- Cooperate with the team to complete other temporary data-related tasks
- Bachelor’s degree or above; majors in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Management, Economics or related fields are preferred
- Basic data processing proficiency, with strong command of Microsoft Excel (including VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, etc.)
- Data-sensitive, with clear logical thinking, plus solid basic data analysis and problem-solving capabilities
- Strong learning agility, proactive mindset, sense of responsibility, and excellent communication, coordination skills & team spirit
- Basic knowledge of SQL query statements
- Familiarity with Python (Pandas, Numpy)
- Prior data-related internship or project experience
