Your Responsibilities
- Drive strategic initiatives: Help the Fleet management team navigate daily challenges, gain deep departmental insights, and lead high-priority initiatives across the company. You will take on responsibility from day one, steering high-impact, cross-departmental projects that directly contribute to making mobility fun and sustainable.
- Steering & KPI reporting: Support in the Fleet department’s reporting process by tracking key performance indicators, ensuring targets are met, identifying risks, and driving strategic solutions.
- Support high-stakes OEM negotiations: Assist in preparing executive-level presentations and materials for senior stakeholder meetings with OEM partners, including on-site engagements — ensuring FINN is represented professionally at every touchpoint.
- Drive OEM value creation: Conduct in-depth analyses of FINN's fleet and customer data, leveraging the latest AI tools to generate compelling customer insights and build a strong, data-backed narrative of FINN's value proposition to OEM partners.
- Question the status quo: Critically examine and optimize existing processes to enhance efficiency, helping us build a world-class, data-driven organization that runs seamlessly.
Your Profile
- You are pursuing a degree in business administration, finance, economics, industrial engineering, or a related field with a strong academic track record and outstanding achievements.
- Previous experience in automotive strategy, consulting, startups, or another fast-paced environment.
- Ability to quickly adapt to shifting priorities in an evolving business environment, while effectively coordinating and managing multiple projects.
- Strong problem-solving skills with innovative and creative approaches to overcoming them.
- Proficiency in data analysis, with a high level of comfort working with numbers and translating insights into actionable business strategies.
- Genuine interest in and curiosity about the mobility industry, with the ability to stay informed on industry trends.
- Available for an internship of 4 to 6 months.
- Fluency in both German and English.
