Your Responsibilities
- Manage and drive your own cross-departmental projects and tasks: At FINN you will get responsibility from day one. All projects will have a critical impact on our company and directly relate to making mobility fun and sustainable.
- Support the business: Help the management team to master daily challenges, drive high-priority initiatives and get deep insights into our department and the entire company.
- Steering & KPI reporting: Support in the department’s reporting process by tracking and analyzing key performance indicators, ensuring targets are met, identifying risks, and driving strategic solutions.
- Critically question, analyze and improve existing processes: We constantly aim to improve our existing setup with maximum efficiency. Help us to build the best possible version of FINN with world-class processes enabling us to have a smoothly running organization.
Your Profile
- You are pursuing a degree in business administration, finance, economics, industrial engineering, or a related field and have a strong academic track record.
- Previous experience in consulting, startups, or another fast-paced environment.
- Ability to quickly adapt to shifting priorities in an evolving business environment, while effectively coordinating and managing multiple projects.
- Strong problem-solving skills with innovative and creative approaches to overcoming them.
- Proficiency in data analysis, with a high level of comfort working with numbers and translating insights into actionable business strategies.
- Genuine interest in and curiosity about the mobility industry, with the ability to stay informed on industry trends.
- Availability for an internship of 4 to 6 months, with an immediate start or in January or March 2026 .
- Fluent in German (C1-2) and very good English skills (>B2).
The Units
- Fleet: Being responsible for vehicle purchasing, fleet steering, car lifecycle management, remarketing and cooperating with leasing banks the Fleet department has significant impact on key company performance indicators. Working closely with the Fleet Leadership, you will support the team in steering the department's performance and driving high-impact projects.
- Sales: Advance sales processes and strategies by collaborating with sales leadership on impactful projects, such as optimizing go-to-market approaches, shaping our B2B product offering, or streamlining processes with innovative tools. Leverage data insights to enhance performance and contribute to a scalable, high-performing sales unit.
