About this opportunity:

We are offering 6 month internship (with possibility to extend) to join our Agile PMO team supporting the Head of PMO and all team with a range of project based activities, including maintenance of our PM tool, supporting Scrums in different Agile teams, and becoming Scrum yourself, supporting improvement activities to enhance our Agile Ways of Working….)

From day one you will receive training in a range of exciting areas, including Workday, the GHRP SAFE Agile methodology and our ways of working, to help you to develop your skills and try out new things.

Tasks

  • Own GHRP Backlog & Sprint Management activities; keep GHRP Backlog up-to-date always with defects and Change Request, participate in Sprint calls to monitor progress, report on Backlog KPIs. This is driving how we work and develop changes to our system environments.
  • Help own and manage Agile Teams backlog, defining acceptance criteria and prioritizing user stories, while partnering with the Product Owner to set sprint goals and reviews.
  • Seek and support implementation of continuous improvement opportunities for HRES Backlog Management
  • Prepare Daily Reports (MS Excel, Workfront, Power Point)
  • Support the APMO Program and Portfolio Management activities where they might be identified set of projects with different levels of complexity and durations and assignments coordinated to obtain strategic objectives
  • Support Scrums and PM’s with different size and complexity, working across internal and external stakeholders while managing the communication for the project
  • Assist on configuration of the Project Management system by giving accesses, building dashboards and creating supporting material
  • Serve yourself as Scrum Master
  • Initiate and manage sprints, sprint retrospectives
  • Run daily stand-up meetings, sprint demos
  • Evangelize continual learning, team autonomy,
  • Evaluate team capacity and help plan/mange resourcing
  • Communicate results and ideas to key stakeholders at APMO

Requirements

This is an internship, so applicants should be eligible to work as student by being enrolled in a university/business school
