Specific responsibilities include:
- Collaborate with the People team to support various human resources activities and administration.
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes for new hires and departing employees.
- Help maintain and update employee records in the HR System and sharedrive
- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and company events.
- Prepare HR-related reports, presentations, and documentation as needed.
- Assist in recruitment and selection, on-boarding, compensation and benefits and daily operations
- Assist in organizing and schedule meetings, conference calls arrangement
- Data entry, maintain filing system and database
- Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by your supervisor
Education and Experience Requirements:
- University student major in Human Resources or related disciplines
- Self-motivated, well-organized, good communications and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
- Proficiency in using MS Office Applications
