Requirements: Age 21 or older with a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Requirements
1. Currently pursuing a college degree.
2. Must be at least 21 years old.
3. Ability to meet DCFS driver eligibility requirements.
4. Willingness and ability to work evening / weekend hours as needed to meet the needs of the agency and the families we serve.
5. Demonstrated competence in serving a culturally diverse population.
6. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with a diverse workforce.
7. Demonstrated skills in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
8. Must pass necessary background checks.
9. Must be able to travel periodically for meetings, trainings, or program needs.
10. Ability to work cooperatively with staff within The Baby Fold, as well as with necessary collateral contacts.
11. Mission-oriented and willing to apply The Baby Fold’s mission and values to the performance of job responsibilities.

What We Do
The Baby Fold is a multi-service non-profit agency dedicated to the well-being of children and families since 1902. Serving over 1,200 people annually in Central Illinois, the organization provides a wide array of programs, including foster care, special education, adoption support, and autism services. It focuses on transforming lives by creating safe, loving, and healthy environments for children and youth with severe emotional and behavioral disabilities.
