Next Conversation Consulting is seeking curious, motivated, and growth-oriented interns who want hands-on experience supporting a small consulting business focused on leadership development, organizational change, inclusive workplace practices, and learning experiences.
This is a general internship opening designed to welcome applicants with a range of interests, backgrounds, and career goals. We are looking for individuals who are eager to learn, contribute ideas, and gain practical experience in a collaborative and mission-driven environment.
Intern projects will be shaped by business needs and the intern’s interests, skills, and development goals. Opportunities may include:
Supporting leadership development, coaching, training, or organizational change initiatives
Assisting with research, writing, and content development
Creating social media, presentations, graphics, newsletters, or other communications
Helping organize materials, resources, documents, and project workflows
Supporting virtual workshops, learning programs, or client-facing events
Conducting market research, competitor research, or audience research
Assisting with administrative, operational, or technology-related projects
Contributing ideas to improve systems, services, customer experience, or business growth
Supporting initiatives related to accessibility, inclusion, AI, and workplace learning
