Internship January 2026 - Procurement and Supply Chain Management

Masdar is the UAE’s clean energy champion and one of the largest companies of its kind in the world, advancing the development and deployment of renewable energy and green hydrogen technologies to address global sustainability challenges. Masdar is jointly owned by Abu Dhabi National Oil Company (ADNOC), Mubadala Investment Company (Mubadala), and Abu Dhabi National Energy Company (TAQA), and under this ownership the company is targeting a renewable energy portfolio capacity of at least 100 gigawatts (GW) by 2030 and an annual green hydrogen production capacity of up to 1 million tonnes by the same year.

As a Procurement and Supply Chain Management Intern at Masdar, you will gain invaluable exposure to the critical operations that drive our initiatives. You will work closely with teams responsible for procurement and supply chain operations, supporting essential business functions that ensure Masdar's projects run efficiently. Key responsibilities include:

• Data analysis and reporting to provide meaningful insights into procurement and supply chain activities, helping optimize operational performance.
• Creating presentations and materials to communicate findings and proposals effectively to various internal and external stakeholders.
• Engaging in stakeholder management, working with suppliers, internal teams, and external partners to support smooth operations.
• Participating in project-based tasks, contributing to strategic initiatives aimed at improving supply chain efficiency and procurement processes.

• 3rd or 4th year Undergraduate student currently studying in UAE (or currently studying abroad with valid UAE Visa). 
• Major: Supply Chain Management, Business administration.

• Must be available for 4-month internship between January – May 2026
• Minimum cumulative GPA 3.0+
