Responsibilities

Development of communication concepts and measures as part of a global transformation project
-
Content creation for internal company communication channels and platforms, e.g. project communication, content pages via Microsoft SharePoint, blog posts and community posts (Viva Engage)

Design and creation of presentations and documents for internal meetings (project updates, town hall meetings, etc.)

Participating in the planning, design and implementation of internal events in change and transformation management
-
Supporting the implementation of change initiatives, collecting feedback and monitoring progress

Working independently with the departments and regions
Requirements
-
Ongoing bachelor's or master's degree in journalism, marketing, media studies, social or communication sciences or similar
-
Initial experience in the areas of communication, copywriting, editorial work and marketing
-
Initial insights into project and change management as well as theories of adult education desirable
-
Affinity and experience in dealing with social media as well as good knowledge of MS Office applications

Very good knowledge of written and spoken German and English
-
Ability to create appealing and clear communication materials for diverse, international target groups

Communication skills, a high degree of initiative and creativity as well as personal responsibility
