- Coordinate closely with local Operations teams to translate project needs into executable manpower plans.
- Work hand‑in‑hand with KM to align manpower plans with training, OJT, and cross‑skill enablement, accelerating team readiness.
- Act as the local planning focal point, ensuring alignment with WW UIR planners on resource gaps, fly‑in support, and priority adjustments.
- Participate in and present in WW planning meetings and act as the global interface for Taiwan UIR manpower topics.
