Intern responsible for project-based manpower planning for UIR installations, upgrades, and relocations. Coordinate with local operations and worldwide planners, align manpower with training and cross-skill enablement, manage daily planning activities, present in global meetings, and lead capability-building projects to improve manpower models and long-term capacity strategy.

Requirements

Has work experience, with several years of experience in specific Project Management roles and project delivery. Has good knowledge of competence or technical area managed and awareness of the business issues.

  • Strong experience in manpower planning, project planning, or operations coordination.
  • Ability to work independently while influencing across functional and regional teams.
  • Strong communication skills in English; able to represent the site in WW meetings.
  • Structured, data‑driven mindset with high ownership and execution discipline.
  • Experience working in dynamic, fast‑changing business environments
