About the Role:
Are you an eCommerce, Marketing, or International Business student with an interest in data and customer engagement?
As a CRM & Email Marketing Intern, you will support the execution and optimization of email campaigns, helping deliver newsletters, promotions, and product launches.
You’ll also gain hands-on experience in how customer journeys (welcome, onboarding, reactivation, retention) are built and improved. You will work closely with teams across eCommerce, Marketing, Design, and Data, as well as external agencies, gaining practical experience in campaign setup, segmentation, testing, and performance tracking.
What You Will Do:
- Support the creation and deployment of email campaigns (newsletters, promotions, and product launches)
- Assist with campaign setup, quality checks, and reviewing personalized content
- Help manage the email calendar and timelines to keep campaigns on track
- Work closely with teams such as Design, Marketing, and eCommerce to gather input and feedback
- Learn and support email marketing best practices (e.g. basic deliverability checks and keeping contact lists up to date)
- Assist in setting up and documenting A/B tests (e.g. subject lines, CTAs, content)
- Support the execution of customer lifecycle campaigns (welcome, onboarding, post‑purchase, reactivation, retention)
- Help with audience segmentation and personalization by preparing and validating target groups
- Monitor campaign performance (open, clicks, conversions) using dashboards and tools (e.g. Power BI)
- Support the analysis of campaign results and summarize key learnings
What You Need to be Successful:
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program (Marketing, Communication, Business, Data/Analytics, or similar).
- Strong organizational skills and comfort working with calendars, deadlines, and multiple stakeholders.
- Analytical curiosity: comfortable interpreting performance metrics and learning results.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 (especially Excel and PowerPoint; Power BI is a plus).
- Fluent in English (Dutch is a plus).
- A proactive, curious mindset: you enjoy learning, improving, and asking smart questions.

This is an exciting 6‑month opportunity, starting in September 2026, to gain experience in a global business and join a diverse, fast‑paced environment where no two days are the same.
