Internship – Client Relationship Management tasks automation
Are you passionate about technology and eager to make an impact in the banking sector? Join our Client Relationship Management Development Team within the Technology & Operations Unit in Geneva as a Developer Intern, where you'll help shape the future of client lifecycle management (CLM).
In this role, you’ll actively contribute to the design and implementation of enhancements to our in-house CRM platform, with a strong focus on automating repetitive CLM tasks. The CLM team is responsible for managing critical client data, often facing challenges with manual updates and dependencies on other teams for bulk changes. Your mission will be to develop smart, secure, and user-friendly solutions that empower the team to manage these tasks independently—ensuring data consistency and integrity.
This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic, agile environment. You’ll work on real-world solutions that support both front and back office operations, collaborate with experienced professionals, and contribute to tools that streamline client relationships, account lifecycles, and operational processes.
YOUR ROLE
Design and implement automation solutions to reduce manual work and dependencies on other teams
Collaborate closely with the CLM team to identify pain points and translate them into smart, secure, and scalable automations
Ensure data consistency and security while empowering users to manage account and contact information autonomously and in batch.
Assist in testing, debugging, and documenting new functionalities.
Engage with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
Adopt and apply software development best practices within a regulated financial environment, ensuring compliance and robustness.
YOUR PROFILE
Graduated or you are currently pursuing a Master’s degree in computer sciences or related field.
Passion for software development and problem-solving.
Familiarity with modern web and development frameworks (in Java, Angular)
Interest in financial services and digital transformation.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with good communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
Proficiency in English and French.
Resident in Switzerland or willing to relocate to Switzerland.
