Your Responsibilities
- Experiment with AI & Agentic Process Automation: Explore the latest AI agents and LLMs to transition from traditional RPA to APA. While others are talking, we get hands-on and try out.
- Automate & Optimize Business Processes: Use no-/low-code tools like Airtable, Make, and Retool to improve efficiency across teams. Build greenfield solutions and orchestrate many processes at once.
- Identify & Solve Operational Bottlenecks: Work closely with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and drive process improvements. Leverage data to make the best decisions.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work with engineers, product managers, and business stakeholders to bring automation solutions to life. We always work highly cross-functional when solving crucial business problems.
Your Profile
- Pursuing a degree in technology or business with a technological focus at a top university.
- Keen to work entrepreneurial in making processes more efficient and improving the user experience with cutting-edge approaches.
- Meticulous attention to detail, paired with a highly analytical mindset, and bias for action.
- Excitement about RPA, APA, and emerging AI technologies.
- Previous experience in consulting, startups, or another fast-paced environment.
- Immediate availability of at least 6 months.
- Fluent in English, fluent in German is a plus.
