What You'll Do
- Respond quickly and professionally to internet, phone, text, and email inquiries
- Convert leads into showroom appointments
- Follow up consistently and build strong customer relationships
- Work closely with the sales team to maximize closing opportunities
- Manage customer communications through our CRM system
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience from first contact through delivery
What You'll Bring
- Proven track record of appointment setting and sales performance
- Previous customer service experience
- Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven
- CRM experience preferred
- Valid driver's license
