What You’ll Do:
  • Respond quickly and professionally to all internet leads and online inquiries
  • Build strong customer relationships through personalized follow-up via phone, email, and text
  • Guide customers through vehicle selection, providing accurate information on pricing, features, and financing
  • Set and confirm appointments to drive showroom traffic and increase sales opportunities
  • Coordinate with the sales team to ensure a smooth and efficient handoff process
  • Track all customer interactions and sales activities in CRM systems
  • Stay current on inventory, promotions, and market trends to provide relevant, timely information
  • Deliver a modern, seamless online-to-in-store buying experience
What We’re Looking For:
  • Experience in internet sales, automotive sales, or customer service preferred
  • Strong communication skills—both written and verbal
  • Ability to manage multiple leads while maintaining speed and attention to detail
  • Comfortable using CRM systems and digital sales tools
  • Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented mindset
  • Team player with a positive, customer-first attitude
  • Valid driver’s license required
  • Automotive knowledge is a plus—but we’re willing to train the right candidate
