We are seeking a highly skilled International Relations Specialist to lead commercial negotiations with new and existing providers, overseeing the entire deal process from initiation to closure. This role is key to building and strengthening relationships with global providers, while ensuring the efficient drafting, review, and management of complex agreements. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional negotiation expertise, and a proactive approach to problem-solving and industry research. 

Responsibilities:

• Conduct high-level negotiations with providers and stakeholders to secure the most favorable deals and agreements for the organization
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with global providers and partners
• Act as the primary liaison between the company and its international partners, facilitating effective communication and issue resolution
• Actively research industry trends, regulations, and market opportunities to shape effective strategies and facilitate successful negotiations
• Develop and support strategic initiatives for international growth and expansion
• Oversee the entire contract lifecycle, including drafting, reviewing, and managing agreements to ensure compliance with legal and company standards
• Ensure all agreements comply with international regulatory and legal requirements.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including Legal, Finance, and Operations, to ensure seamless integration of processes and alignment with company objectives
• Represent the organization at international meetings, expos, and other business-related events, requiring regular travel
  

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective cross-functional collaboration
• Proven expertise in negotiations and managing relationships with providers, with a focus on achieving favorable outcomes
• Demonstrated ability to handle complex contracts with attention to detail and compliance standards
• Strong problem-solving abilities to address challenges and deliver efficient solutions
• Advanced research skills, with the ability to analyze trends and provide actionable insights
• Solid understanding of legal principles, particularly in an international business context
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
• Fluency in English; additional languages are considered an asset
• Willingness and ability to travel internationally

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in a similar role within the iGaming or technology industry
• Knowledge of international regulations and compliance standards
• A degree in Law, International Relations, Business Administration, or a related field
