International Relations Invoicing and DD Specialist | Relum

Description:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced International Relations Invoicing and DD Specialist to join Relum team.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and process all invoicing-related tasks with game and service providers
• Ensure timely and accurate invoice issuance and tracking in alignment with contractual terms
• Maintain consistent and professional communication with international partners regarding financial documentation
• Collect, review, and manage due diligence (DD) documentation and compliance-related files
• Collaborate with legal, finance, and compliance departments to ensure completeness and accuracy of provider documentation
• Maintain and update internal records and invoicing schedules
• Support the contract execution process and follow up on document submission deadlines
• Identify and resolve discrepancies in invoices or documentation through communication with partners
• Assist in negotiating basic terms related to invoicing, timelines, and document expectations

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in invoicing, financial administration, or international business relations
• Strong command of written and spoken English
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis)
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• High level of attention to detail and organizational ability
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in the iGaming or tech industry is a plus

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with contract and compliance workflows
• Knowledge of financial and regulatory documentation requirements for international partnerships
• Team player mindset with a proactive, solution-oriented approach
