The INTERNATIONAL MICHELIN GRADUATE PROGRAM Marketing / Sales is an exciting opportunity that puts you in the driver’s seat as you build your career and the Michelin success story!
You will join the Group on an open-ended employment contract and embark on an accelerated international career path for fast access to a leadership position.
- 5 years: To benefit from a personalized accelerated training and management program
- 3 countries: For a wide range of assignments in an international environment
- 3 jobs: For a fast-track to executive roles
Your career path with the INTERNATIONAL MICHELIN GRADUATE PROGRAM Marketing/Sales:
- On-boarding & Sales School / 3 months (product, technical, and field training, coaching and mentoring)
- Operational Role France: Sector Account Manager / 12 months
- International Operational Role: ROLE 2 - COUNTRY A
- International Management Role: ROLE 3 - COUNTRY B
- Country Management Role: ROLE 4 - COUNTRY C
At the end of this 5-year fast-track program, you will be ready for an executive position.
Requirements
Recent business school graduate (Master’s level)
Willing and able to relocate internationally
Fluent in French and English, 3rd language required
Career goal of a sales and/or marketing/digital director position
