Build an international career from the inside 

Our IMT is designed to develop the next generation of leaders through international exposure, real business responsibility, and direct coaching from experienced management teams across the globe.  

This is not a traditional graduate program. 

You'll gain hands-on experience across different business areas, work with colleagues from around the world, and develop the commercial, operational, and leadership skills needed to build a successful international career. 

Your journey 

First 6 months: Start at Our Global Headquarters in Munich 

Start at global headquarters and build a foundation in how the organization operates. During this phase, you will: 

• Learn how the global network works and gain insight into Aviation, Tourism, Cruise, Cargo, and Finance. 

• Contribute to international projects and cross-functional initiatives. 

• Work closely with experienced colleagues, senior leaders, and Executive Board members.
• Receive coaching and mentoring from headquarters management and Board members to support your professional and leadership development.

• Strengthen your commercial, operational, and communication skills. 

International assignments Across Our Global Network 

After your onboarding in Munich, you’ll take on a series of assignments in different countries. Locations may include Europe, LATAM, and other regions where AVIAREPS operates. Assignments depend on business needs and your development goals and may involve: 

• Supporting commercial and business development initiatives. 

• Contributing to sales, marketing, and account management projects. 

• Analyzing local markets and identifying growth opportunities. 

• Working with clients, airlines, tourism boards, and industry partners. 

• Collaborating with regional and country leadership teams and taking ownership of projects with measurable business impact. 

• Assignments will vary, offering broad experience while allowing your strengths, interests, and development needs to inform your journey. 

Coaching and future opportunities 

You’ll receive coaching and mentoring from senior leaders, headquarters management, and Executive Board members, while working on a personalized development plan throughout the program. The aim is to develop your capabilities and explore where your ambitions and strengths align with future business opportunities. 

After successful completion, you may be considered for specialist, management or leadership roles within AVIAREPS, depending on your performance, business needs and available opportunities.

Who we’re looking for 

You’re curious, proactive, and motivated by international business. You’re comfortable adapting to new environments, working with people from different cultures, and learning by taking on responsibility. 

Required qualifications 

• Recently completed a Master’s degree in Tourism, Business, Economics, International Management, or a related field. 

• 1–2 years of professional experience, including internships or trainee positions. 

• Fluent written and spoken English. 

• Willingness to relocate internationally throughout the program. 

Personal qualities 

• Leadership potential and an entrepreneurial mindset. 

• Strong intercultural communication and teamwork skills. 

• Adaptability, resilience and curiosity. 

• A passion for travel and international business. 

• Additional languages are a strong advantage.
