As an International Key Account Manager at ERIKS, you are the strategic point of contact for our most important global customers. You build strong long-lasting relationships, identify new opportunities, and turn complex technical challenges into smart, profitable solutions that drive our commercial growth.

Scope: Belgium, The Netherlands, Luxembourg, France & Germany
 

Your Responsibilities

  • Relationship management & development – Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with decision-makers and influencers within international key accounts.
  • Strategic account management – Develop and implement account plans to achieve revenue growth, customer loyalty, and operational efficiency.
  • Business development – Identify and create new business opportunities within existing accounts and with potential customers.
  • Business reviews – Conduct regular evaluations of customer performance, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Coordination & collaboration – Align Key Account Management activities across countries in close cooperation with local Sales Teams and Product Groeps
  • Technical solutions & TCO strategies – Present complex technical solutions and develop Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) strategies together with ERIKS specialists to meet customer specific needs.
  • Tender management – Support complex international tender processes.
  • Compliance – Ensure all activities comply with company procedures, regulations, and quality standards.
  • Reporting – Deliver accurate and timely reports on performance, trends, and market developments.

Your Profile

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree, with at least 7 years of relevant commercial experience in a technical B2B environment (preferably MRO or OEM).
  • Proven success in managing international key accounts and driving business growth.
  • Excellent communication skills, with strong persuasion abilities and cultural sensitivity.
  • Analytical and solution-oriented, able to approach complex challenges from multiple angles.
  • A balance of independence and teamwork, with strong planning and organisational skills.
  • Fluency in English plus one of the following: French, Dutch, or German.
  • Willingness and flexibility to travel internationally.
