ABOUT THE ROLE:
The International Digital Content Manager will serve as the strategic bridge between our domestic and international teams, leading the development, execution, and optimization of digital content initiatives across multiple global markets. This role is essential in ensuring consistent brand messaging while adapting content for local markets, managing comprehensive campaign workflows from creative development through performance analysis across web, email, and SEM channels.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

Lead Global Campaign Management: Develop, execute, and distribute comprehensive digital marketing assets across international markets, ensuring consistent brand messaging and campaign effectiveness across web, email, and SEM channels.

Drive Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as the primary liaison between stakeholders, copywriters, merchandising teams, content creators, and creative departments to streamline workflows and expedite campaign approvals.

Manage Strategic Campaign Planning: Oversee promotional campaign calendars and develop strategic creative briefs for international subsidiaries, with specialized focus on key markets including Canada.

Deliver Performance Analytics: Conduct comprehensive analysis and provide monthly/quarterly performance reports utilizing SEM metrics and Google Analytics data to optimize international market performance.

Execute Localization Initiatives: Lead localization efforts for brand launches and landing pages across international ecommerce platforms while maintaining global brand alignment and market-specific customization.

Coordinate International Partnerships: Collaborate with domestic and international teams to synchronize campaign launches and maintain consistent global branding standards.

Oversee Content Distribution: Manage monthly digital content distribution across departments, joint ventures, and distributor networks, including localization workflows for loyalty programs and ambassador content.

Facilitate Strategic Planning: Lead regular planning sessions with regional teams to develop market-specific content strategies and provide executive-level reporting to senior leadership.

Ensure Quality & Compliance: Execute comprehensive quality assurance protocols for promotional campaigns, ensuring content accuracy and brand compliance across all markets.

Represent Skechers Globally: Attend seasonal marketing conferences to foster international partnerships and develop innovative ecommerce strategies.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING:

• Strong analytical mindset with experience in performance reporting and data-driven decision making.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to work effectively across cultures and time zones.

• Strategic thinking capabilities with experience in market-specific content development.

• Project management expertise with ability to manage multiple international campaigns simultaneously.

• Experience with digital marketing channels including web, email, and SEM.

• Knowledge of localization processes and international market considerations.

• Collaborative leadership style with ability to influence without direct authority.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, International Business, or related field.

5+ years of experience in digital marketing, content management, or international marketing roles.

• Proficiency with Google Analytics, SEM platforms, and content management systems.

• Experience working with international teams or managing global campaigns.

• Strong understanding of ecommerce platforms and digital asset management.

• Experience in fashion or footwear brands preferred.

The pay range for this role is $100,000-$115,000/yr USD.
