Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive International Accounting and Control Specialist. You will manage accounting records, and prepare internal financial and management reports.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain intercompany loan agreements in collaboration with tax advisors and legal teams.
- Plan cash flows and ensure availability of funds for operational payments.
- Perform full accounting in accounting software, including:
- Fixed assets, payroll, inventory, sales/purchases, cash operations, and expense reports
- Prepare monthly management reports:
- Income & Expense Reports, Balance Sheets, and Cash Flow Statements
- Coordinate with local accountants for VAT and tax reporting; ensure completeness and accuracy of submitted data
- Conduct quarterly reconciliations between internal records and external bookkeeping data
- Oversee document execution workflows, including tax compliance and storage
- Manage intercompany balances and tax invoice tracking
- Support audits by reconciling internal trial balances with outsourced accounting firms
- Maintain and archive director, UBO, and corporate documentation
- Cooperate with internal teams (Legal, Compliance, Sales) and external partners (banks, auditors, corporate service providers)
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field
- At least 2 years of relevant professional experience
- Proficiency in Armenian, English, and Russian
- Hands-on experience with MS Office and accounting software
- Strong analytical and financial reporting skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Solid understanding of international tax and compliance requirements
- Effective communicator and confident in managing stakeholder relationships
