We Know Training is looking for a full-time Internal Tech Solutions Specialist to join our Technology Team in our Edmonton office. This role reports to the SVP of Technology and partners closely with teams across the business to streamline workflows, automate processes, and bring clarity through data.
This is an in-office role — our Technology Team thrives on close collaboration, brainstorming, and solving problems together in person.

The Job
Solutions & Automation
- Meet with internal teams to understand pain points and map current workflows.
- Design and build lightweight solutions that reduce manual effort and improve accuracy.
- Automate tasks and integrations using platforms like n8n; mix no/low-code with light scripting when it feels right (“vibe coding”).
Data Enablement
- Create self-serve dashboards and reports (Metabase) that help teams answer their own questions.
- Support ad hoc data exploration and help non-technical teammates interpret results.
Internal Support & Coaching
- Troubleshoot complex spreadsheets, forms, and integrations.
- Document solutions clearly and coach teams on adoption and best practices.
Continuous Improvement
- Proactively spot opportunities to eliminate friction across departments.
- Iterate quickly, collect feedback, and refine solutions without overengineering.
Primary Toolset
- n8n for workflow automation
- ChatGPT & Google Gemini for AI-assisted ideation, troubleshooting, and workflow logic
- Metabase for reporting, dashboards, and data exploration
- Spreadsheets, forms, and light scripting (“vibe coding”) as needed

What You’ll Bring

- Bonus: Light scripting experience (e.g., Python or JavaScript), Google Workspace scripting, or experience stitching together APIs.
