General Information
Provide internal sales, technical, and administrative support to the Nutrition Plant Engineering service sales team, ensuring accurate and on time quotations, efficient order processing, and excellent customer service.
The candidate should be comfortable working between customers, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure accurate quotations, timely order processing, and smooth order, planning and execution.
Roles And Responsibilities
- Prepare quotations for mechanical equipment
- Support external Service Sales Engineers with pricing and documentation.
- Process sales orders accurately and on time.
- Liaise with suppliers, engineering, logistics, and procurement.
- Track daily order status and communicate lead times
- Maintain CRM records and sales documentation.
- Assist with technical clarifications and datasheets.
- Support sales reporting and pipeline updates.
- Seeing customers when needed.
Your Profile / Qualifications
Profile And Qualifications
- Matric
- Technical or commercial qualification is advantageous
- 2 years’ experience in mechanical equipment such as spray dryer, breweries or valves and pumps.
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
- Willing to be trained on various ERP systems.
- Customer-focused and well organized.
