In this role, you will contribute to the efficient execution of projects by ensuring financial performance monitoring, documentation quality, and process compliance. You will also participate in project data analysis and support teams in decision-making.

You will support PMs and sector leadership in tracking budgets, schedules, and key performance indicators within a collaborative and structured environment.

This position offers the opportunity to participate in our hybrid work model, which includes flexible hours, remote work options, and access to one of our offices across Canada.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Monitor project budgets, costs, revenues, and performance indicators.
  • Participate in forecasting activities (ETC, revised budgets) and ensure data accuracy.
  • Perform financial analyses and help identify variances, risks, and opportunities.
  • Support Project Managers in tracking schedules, deliverables, and project progress.
  • Coordinate interactions with clients, subconsultants and suppliers (contracts, purchase orders, invoicing).
  • Maintain up-to-date project data in corporate systems (ERP/CRM, including Dynamics 365).
  • Support project setup, updates, closure, and archiving activities.
  • Assist in the preparation of client invoices (rate validation, supporting documentation, and administrative follow-up).
  • Ensure proper project document management and compliance with deliverable requirements.
  • Support the management of contractual and construction-related documentation (RFIs, shop drawings, certificates, etc.).
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and performance reports using Power BI.
  • Contribute to the preparation and formatting of proposals and technical documents.
  • Support sector initiatives, including performance analysis and special projects.
  • Contribute to mergers, acquisitions, and integration initiatives by supporting analyses and managing related information and documentation.

Qualifications

  • College diploma or university degree in business administration, project management, finance, or a related field.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in project administration, coordination, or project controls (experience in consulting engineering, construction, or infrastructure is considered an asset).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (advanced Excel required) and Power BI. Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 is an asset.
  • Solid understanding of project financial management principles, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in both French and English.
  • High level of attention to detail, organization, autonomy, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong collaboration skills and ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams across Canada.
  • Integrity, team spirit, and a commitment to excellence.
