MSPbots is seeking a hands-on Internal Process Automation Manager to streamline operations, cut manual work, and drive business efficiency through intelligent automation.
Work Setup: Hybrid | 1–2 days onsite, 10th floor, IBP Tower, Jade Dr, Ortigas Center, Pasig, 1605 Metro Manila
Schedule: Monday–Friday from 9 PM–6 AM PHT (8 AM–5 PM CDT) | Fixed Rest Days: Sat–Sun
What You’ll Do
Strategy & Leadership
- Own the internal automation roadmap
- Prioritize high-ROI initiatives
- Align with execs on impact goals (e.g., CSAT, headcount, MRR per employee)
- Manage a lean automation team
Execution & Oversight
- Build and maintain bots and Langflow automations
- Support and unblock engineers
- Track and evaluate automation success (time saved, tasks removed)
Collaboration & Analysis
- Gather pain points across Sales, CS, HR, Finance, etc.
- Define clear specs and business logic
- Monitor key metrics like task elimination and cost reduction
What We’re Looking For
Required
- 3+ years in ops, product, or automation
- Experience with MSPbots, Zapier, RPA, or similar tools
- Strong project and stakeholder management skills
- Basic technical fluency (logic trees, APIs, automation flows)
Preferred
- Experience with Langflow, OpenAI, or no-code AI tools
- Background in SaaS or internal tool management
- Knowledge of BI, BPMN, or process improvement frameworks
