The Internal Operations Lead will play a central role in guiding our team through every phase of the recruitment process while also overseeing our marketing, recruitment, and billing operations. As the Internal Operations Lead, you will serve as the bridge between different teams, ensuring that communication flows effectively and that everyone works toward common goals. Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a mentor and point of contact for the recruitment team, ensuring that everyone understands their roles, responsibilities, and performance expectations.
  • Foster a positive and supportive environment that encourages collaboration, communication, and professional growth.
  • Conduct regular check-ins and performance evaluations to assess team productivity and identify opportunities for improvement.

2. Recruitment and Talent Management

  • Oversee job postings, candidate screening, and interview scheduling to ensure an efficient and transparent recruitment process.
  • Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring needs and develop strategic recruitment plans.
  • Utilize recruitment platforms, job boards, and networking channels to attract high-quality candidates.
  • Maintain accurate records of candidate data, hiring progress, and recruitment metrics for management review.

3. Marketing and Branding Support

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to strengthen employer branding and enhance visibility across various platforms.
  • Help develop marketing materials, recruitment ads, and social media campaigns that reflect the company’s culture and attract top talent.
  • Contribute to creative strategies that align marketing efforts with recruitment goals.

4. Billing and Administrative Operations

  • Oversee billing processes to ensure accurate documentation, timely invoicing, and proper coordination with the finance department.
  • Track expenses, maintain budget reports, and assist in monitoring financial performance related to recruitment and operations.
  • Review internal workflows to streamline administrative procedures and eliminate inefficiencies.

5. Process Improvement and Operational Excellence

  • Analyze current operational systems and recommend enhancements to increase productivity and effectiveness.
  • Implement tools, templates, and standard operating procedures that support consistent and high-quality work across teams.
  • Monitor KPIs and generate reports that provide insights into recruitment performance, project timelines, and operational bottlenecks.
  • Collaborate with leadership to identify long-term goals and develop strategies for sustainable business growth.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in internal operations, recruitment, or project management.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team toward achieving shared objectives.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Proficiency in using recruitment software, CRMs, and digital collaboration tools.
  • Familiarity with marketing strategies and billing processes is an advantage.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Adaptable, proactive, and capable of working under minimal supervision in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
