INTERNAL MOBILITY ANALYST (RECRUITING)
The internal mobility analyst role is an integral part of the recruiting team, partnering with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure employees have the opportunity to find the next step in their career.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Independently assess each internal applicant against the job requirements, using discretion to determine if they are good fit for the role
- Develop accurate job postings and descriptions, ensuring they properly reflect the needs of the role
- Evaluate skills and qualifications of internal candidate and identify other opportunities within the company that might be an appropriate fit
- Lead and actively participate in interview debriefs
- Counsel hiring managers to guide the best hiring decision for their team and the company
- Analyze and consolidate interview feedback; package the feedback to internal candidates in a constructive manner
- Independently own the full relationship with internal candidates
- Develop strategies with recruiters and recruiting leaders to best service hiring managers
- Reject and disposition internal applicants within set recruiting SLAs and in a compliant manner
- Create new processes to bridge gaps between recruiting and HR to provide top tier service to both internal candidates and the business
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 1+ years of professional experience in operations, recruiting, or human resources
PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- 2+ years of experience as a recruiter, recruiting coordinator, or in a sourcing capacity
- 2+ years of experience within human resources
- Experience interfacing and communicating with mid-to-executive level leadership
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels, on one-to-one basis, and in groups
- Experience with Jira or other project management software
- Experience managing high work volume and triaging urgent requests
- Experience with Greenhouse or other applicant tracking system
- Customer service-oriented approach to all requests, with a focus on accuracy and timeliness
- Proficiency with MS Outlook and Microsoft Office tools
- Ability to manage multiple on-going tasks, be flexible to change, and adapt to shifting priorities
- Team player with a high sense of urgency
- Self-directed, detail-oriented problem solver with a strong passion to contribute to the team’s success
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with tact, diplomacy, and discretion
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
- This role is 100% onsite and is not eligible for remote or hybrid work. Relocation will be required if not already local to the area
- Willing to work extended hours and weekends as needed
