We’re Looking for an Internal & External Tech Communication Expert

You will design and implement communication and content strategies that align with our company’s mission, values, and business goals, ensuring that employees and potential customers across all levels are connected, motivated, and informed.
You will be responsible for:
- Develop and execute internal communication strategies that support organizational goals and employee engagement.
- Craft compelling content for internal channels including newsletters, intranet, Slack, emails, town halls, and leadership updates.
- Partner with leadership to communicate key initiatives, changes, and updates in a clear and inspiring way.
- Manage internal events such as all-hands meetings, Q&A sessions, and employee recognition programs.
- Measure communication effectiveness through surveys, feedback, and analytics, and continuously improve based on insights.
- Ensure consistency in tone, voice, and messaging across all internal communications.
- Support change management initiatives by providing communication plans and materials that help employees navigate transitions.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with HR, IT, Marketing, and other departments to align messaging and timing.
- Gather relevant input from internal teams (Product, Sales, Customer Success) to develop clear, accurate, and up-to-date documentation of the company’s products and service offerings.
- Write and design marketing collateral such as offering brochures, one-pagers, sales decks, and technical datasheets tailored to different audiences (clients, prospects, partners).
- Translate technical and business topics / use cases into clear, engaging messages for external audiences.
- Support communication campaigns for product launches, company milestones, and industry events.
Requirements
- At least 1 Year of Experience in Plain Concepts.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
- Strong understanding of digital communication tools and platforms (e.g., Slack, SharePoint, Notion, Zoom, etc.).
- Ability to translate complex technical topics into clear, engaging messages.
- Experience with employee engagement strategies, branding and change communication.
- High emotional intelligence and ability to work with diverse teams and leadership styles.
Nice to Have:
- Familiarity with employer branding and culture-building initiatives.
- Knowledg e of visual communication tools (e.g., Canva, Figma, Adobe Suite).
- Experience creating content for a B2B or tech environment.
- Familiarity with content management systems (WordPress, Contentful…)
- Understanding of brand storytelling and audience segmentation strategies
