Key Responsibilities:
- Provide timely and effective on-site IT Support to our colleagues in the Copenhagen office and occasionally remote support for our Miami offices, addressing a range of technical issues on both PC, Mac, and Linux platforms
- Set up, configure, and maintain IT equipment, ensuring all hardware is prepared and ready for use
- Manage system user cleanup, ensure users are onboarded and offboarded properly, and maintain system security and integrity
- Develop and update technical documentation and guides to assist users in understanding and utilizing IT resources effectively
- Service and maintain equipment in meeting rooms and common areas to ensure seamless operation during meetings and events
- Participate in deploying new IT systems, contributing to planning, testing, and rollout phases
- Monitor network traffic, Troubleshoot network issues, and maintain network equipment
- Handle various IT-related tasks as they arise, demonstrating flexibility and a proactive approach to problem-solving
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of proven experience in an IT Support role, preferably with exposure to fast-paced and dynamic environments
- Experience in Device Management
- Strong technical skills in Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems
- Proactive approach to problem-solving, using automation
- Experience in Compliance and Security, specifically GDPR, SOC2 & ISO27001
- Hands-on experience with Ruckus (CloudPath & SmartZone), Juniper Mist, and FortiGate is a bonus
- Knowledge of complex A/V systems, including live streaming, content sharing, and sound processing/mixing for our townhalls, would help you to stand out!
- Demonstrated commitment to providing exceptional customer service
- Outstanding communication skills, with fluency in English (both written and spoken)
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
