Pinely is looking for a proactive and creative Internal Communications & Employer Brand Manager to join our Cyprus office. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, creating engaging employee experiences, organising events, and helping shape company culture across multiple locations.
The person in this role will lead internal communications and cultural initiatives in our Cyprus office, while also supporting our smaller international offices in Dubai, Shanghai, and Singapore.
ResponsibilitiesInternal Communications, Events & Culture
- Lead internal communications and corporate culture design initiatives for the Cyprus office;
- Organise office events including winter corporate event, team activities, and team-building initiatives;
- Coordinate onboarding for new employees in Cyprus, including welcome presentation, and integration into company processes and culture;
- Support employee engagement initiatives and culture development projects across the company, including company-wide gamification project;
- Lead employee engagement and culture development projects across the company, including company-wide initiatives (e.g. gamification);
- Oversee internal communications and support operations for smaller offices in Dubai, Shanghai, and Singapore;
Employer Branding & External Presence
- Own and develop employer branding initiatives, including corporate social media and LinkedIn presence;
- Create and manage content that reflects Pinely’s culture and strengthens its positioning as an employer;
- Lead the development and continuous evolution of the company’s brandbook, ensuring it remains relevant, consistent, and reflects our identity.
- 3+ years of experience in internal communications, corporate communications, employer branding, or related fields;
- Strong project management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously;
- Experience managing social channels (internal and external) and copywriting skills;
- Experience working in international environments or with distributed teams is a plus;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with stakeholders across different teams and levels of seniority;
- Proactive mindset, attention to detail, and ability to drive initiatives from idea to execution;
- English level: Upper-Intermediate or higher.
