- Crafting our internal narrative by developing and executing the annual internal communications strategy, making sure all messaging aligns with Rovio's objectives and cultural values.
- Leading the planning and execution of all major internal events, including company-wide celebrations, internal conferences, and all-hands meetings.
- Owning all key internal communication channels, ensuring the content is always relevant, timely, and engaging.
- Collaborating closely with executive leadership and managers to provide expert support and advice on key internal announcements and change management communications.
- Developing and tracking KPIs to measure the effectiveness and reach of everything we do in internal comms and events, and using those insights to continually improve.
- Working together with the People Services team to communicate important HR initiatives and strengthen our employer brand from the inside out.
Experience and skills we are looking for:
- Driving a variety of corporate events from concept to completion in a dedicated internal communications and corporate events role.
- You've demonstrated success in developing and executing strategic communication plans that successfully drive employee engagement.
- Your writing, editing, and storytelling skills are exceptional, and you can tailor messages to connect with different internal audiences.
- You're a highly organized, empathetic, and proactive individual who can build strong relationships and work collaboratively across all levels of the organization.
It would be nice if you also have the following skills:
- Experience with change management and crisis communications.
- Experience working within a multinational or parent/subsidiary company structure.
