Internal Communication Intern

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Internal Communication Intern to support the execution of our internal 
engagement initiatives. You will assist in organizing weekly internal gatherings, preparing communication materials, and 
ensuring all activities stay aligned with the communication calendar.

Job Description:

1. Organize weekly internal gatherings including scheduling, venue setup, and on-site assistance.
2. Coordinate with speakers or presenters to ensure a smooth session flow.
3. Manage logistics such as audio/visual setup, seating arrangements, and attendance tracking.
4. Prepare weekly internal calendars, posters, and other visual materials for internal distribution.
5. Support the design and distribution of internal information blasts through email, Ding, or other communication channels.
6. Collaborate with relevant teams to gather content and maintain accuracy.
7. Monitor the internal communication and event timeline to ensure all deliverables are completed on schedule.
8. Track ongoing activities, flag potential delays, and help maintain an up-to-date communication calendar.

Requirements:

1. Strong organizational and time-management skills
2. Ability to work independently under supervision
3. Proficient in using Microsoft Office and basic design tools (e.g., Canva, PowerPoint)
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
5. Creative, detail-oriented, and proactive in identifying and solving problems
6. Adaptable to change and able to remain flexible in dynamic situations
7. Strong solution-focused mindset when facing challenges or tight deadlines
