Description
We’re looking for a creative and enthusiastic Employee Experience and Internal Events Manager to lead the planning and execution of internal events and team-building initiatives. This role is at the heart of fostering company culture, creating shared experiences, and championing employee engagement. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the events annual calendar
- Design, organize, and execute a variety of internal events, including cultural days, holiday celebrations, and milestone recognitions
- Manage all aspects of the event lifecycle — from concept to post-event feedback
- In collaboration with HRBPs develop inclusive team-building programs tailored to various departments
- Ensure all initiatives promote collaboration, morale, foster a culture of learning, communication and cross-team bonding
- Develop and manage event and team building budgets, ensuring accurate expense tracking and adherence to allocated funds
- Monitor expenses and ensure reporting accuracy, using 1C and JIRA
- Regularly update budget sheets and report financials to relevant stakeholders
- Source, negotiate and build relationships with vendors, suppliers, event service providers. Ensure reliable and cost-effective partnerships for all event needs
- Oversee Jira, 1C, and other internal platforms for tracking deliverables, timelines, and operational tasks
- Deliver engaging and memorable onboarding sessions
- Welcome new hires with presentations, company tours, and live induction experiences
- Coordinate celebrations for birthdays, anniversaries, and other employee milestones
- Help create branded experiences that make every employee feel valued
- Work in close partnership with peers from the People & Culture Team, Marketing, Procurement and management to align events with company culture and goals
- Promote and logistically support all corporate communities (Football team, What/where/when team, NOAH fan club, etc)
- Advance the Employee Value Proposition and corporate values via various internal engagement efforts
- Contribute to internal branding through visuals, storytelling, and event narratives
- Act as a culture ambassador, inspiring others through lived company values
- Collect event feedback and develop improvements based on employee insights
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Hospitality, HR, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in employee engagement, events, or onboarding delivery
- Strong presentation and public speaking skills; confident communicator
- Proficient in managing objections and demonstrating persuasive communication and influence
- Fluent in Armenian and English; excellent writing and storytelling abilities
- Highly empathetic, people-oriented, and proactive
- Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and experience design
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
