Key Responsibilities
Duties & Responsibilities (include, but are not limited to):
- Bookkeeping & Reconciliation: Maintain accurate books, reconcile accounts (bank, credit card, GL), and ensure proper allocation of all transactions.
- Billing & Invoicing: Prepare timely client invoices, monitor outstanding balances, and proactively resolve discrepancies.
- Financial Reporting: Assist in monthly/quarterly reporting, and support audits with well-organized documentation.
- Expense Management: Track expenses, monitor budget adherence, and provide insights on cost control.
- Collaboration: Partner across teams to ensure accurate billing inputs and maintain open communication with clients when needed.
Qualifications
- Experience Required: Minimum 2–5 years in bookkeeping and billing (CPA firm, law firm, or professional services experience preferred).
- Proficiency in accounting systems (QuickBooks or similar) and Excel/MS Office Suite.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy; ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Professional integrity, discretion with financial information, and excellent communication skills.
