We’re hiring an Internal Automations Engineer who loves building scalable systems and solving real business problems using tools like Langflow, MSPbots, Python, and APIs.

Work Setup: Hybrid | 1–2 days onsite, 10th floor, IBP Tower, Jade Dr, Ortigas Center, Pasig, 1605 Metro Manila
Schedule: Monday–Friday from 9 PM–6 AM PHT (8 AM–5 PM CDT) | Fixed Rest Days: Sat–Sun
What You’ll Do
Design & Build Automations
- Use Langflow, MSPbots, and internal tools to automate workflows across departments
- Build bots that handle task routing, alerting, ticket triage, and more
- Integrate systems like ClickUp, HubSpot, PSA platforms via APIs/webhooks
Develop & Script
- Write clean, efficient scripts in Python or JavaScript
- Build LLM-powered agents for summarization, sentiment analysis, and auto-triage
- Debug, test, and deploy automations that are reliable and maintainable
Collaborate & Ship Fast
- Partner with Analysts to turn business needs into technical solutions
- Collaborate with QA to validate workflows before rollout
- Document flows and logic for handoff and scaling
Monitor & Improve
- Track bot adoption, reliability, and internal feedback
- Identify and prioritize new automation opportunities
- Continuously improve automation performance and reach
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years experience in automation, full stack, or software engineering
- Strong scripting skills in Python or JavaScript
- Experience with REST APIs, system integration, and automation tools (Zapier, Langflow, n8n, etc.)
- Understanding of logic flows, conditions, triggers, and data mapping
- Bonus if you’ve worked with Langchain, MSPbots, or GPT agents
- Bonus if you know front-end basics (HTML/CSS/React) or MSP/SaaS workflows
