What You Will Do
- The main responsibility is to plan, conduct and document internal system audits based on specified standards (mainly IATF 16949, customer-specific requirements and Harman requirements at all business levels throughout the Hungarian facilities (focus Székesfehérvár 2).
- Supporting the planning and execution of external certification audits
- Management of internal and external audit results (effectiveness testing, action tracking)
- Preparation of reports, audit evaluations, and management review presentations
- Conducting conformity checks based on global BMS process documentation
- Training and advising process owners and employees on business processes: creation, implementation, optimization, harmonization
- Supporting the development & facilitation of Process Owners and Employees on the BMS, IATF16949 & the Process Approach as a coach.
- Support the maintenance of the Business Management System to the latest standards e.g. IATF16949, customer specific requirements and regulatory requirements.
- Supporting the understanding and implementation of customer requirements in the BMS.
- Presentation of the BMS and audit-relevant topics at onboarding events
- Collaboration on local BMS documentation handling
What You Need to Be Successful
- Higher education BSC/MSC field in Engineering, Electrical, Mechanical, Quality etc.
- Several years of professional experience in the automotive industry
- Certified IATF16949 Internal Auditor
- Core Tools knowledge (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC, 8D)
- Experience of IATF 16949 related Business Management Systems.
- Customer Specific Requirements knowledge
- LPA Knowledge
- Ability to work independently with a structured and organized approach
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Proactive mindset
- Stand alone working
- Objectivity and precise working behaviour
- English language communication skills (fluent, oral and written)
- Optional: Knowledge/Certifications of other Management Systems (e.g. ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 50001, ISO 17025)
