At ONE ZERO, Israel’s first fully digital bank, we’re redefining how trust, governance, and risk management are built into a modern, technology-driven banking experience. As our organization and operations continue to grow, we’re looking for an Internal Audit Manager to lead and shape the bank’s internal audit function.
In this role, you’ll take ownership of end-to-end audit activities across all areas of the bank—from planning and execution to stakeholder communication—while helping evolve our audit methodology, strengthen controls, and ensure robust oversight in a fast-moving financial and technological environment.
Your Day-to-Day- Management and execution of audits across all areas of the bank’s operations and divisions.
- End‑to‑end leadership of internal audit activities, including presenting findings to relevant stakeholders.
- Support and involvement in managing the audit function, including oversight of outsourced service providers, implementation and development of the bank’s internal audit methodology, and formulation of annual work plans.
- Management and execution of audits across all areas of the bank’s operations and divisions.
- End‑to‑end leadership of internal audit activities, including presenting findings to relevant stakeholders.
- Support and involvement in managing the audit function, including oversight of outsourced service providers, implementation and development of the bank’s internal audit methodology, and formulation of annual work plans.
- Relevant professional certifications (e.g., CISA, CIA, etc.)
- Experience in banking domains (such as financial risk management, credit, liquidity, payments, customer‑bank relations, compliance, AML, controls, etc.)
- Experience working with complex financial information systems and/or data analysis
- Experience in Cyber and information security audits and/or cloud and third‑party audits
Skills Required
- Relevant professional certifications (e.g., CISA, CIA)
- Experience in banking domains
- Experience with financial information systems and data analysis
- Experience in cybersecurity audits
