What you will learn and do:
- Participate in risk assessments, scoping, and planning activities for a variety of internal audit projects and assurance activities including SOX
- Perform data analytics to identify trends, anomalies, and areas of focus to support internal audit projects and assurance activities
- Interview business process owners to understand the design and operation controls
- Create and update process and data flow diagrams based upon information gathered during interviews, data analytics, and inspection of company records
- Prepare status reporting and conduct readout of key findings and recommendation to internal audit leadership and management regarding the status and findings of assigned projects

What you need to have?
- Be a heading into your Junior or Senior year in Fall 2025
- Have a major focused on MIS, CIS, Accounting, or Finance
- Proficient in MS PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Visio, and Outlook
- Basic understanding of business processes (specifically finance and accounting)
- Basic understanding of Cybersecurity, information systems and technology
- Strong analytical & critical thinking skills and ability to manage multi-assignments with prioritization
- Highly detail oriented, with a strong propensity for high quality work
