Intern

SUMMARY:

This intern is primarily responsible for assisting a Financial Planning & Analysis Consultant to develop models, forecasting tools and work on company projects. 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Coordinate with Noel Navarro at RockyPeak, Inc. on quarterly forecasting model
• Update real estate cash flow projections for Harvest, Independence Apartments, East Area II and Limco Del Mar with future cash flows and Net Present Values
• Create 2 lemon models with Vice President of Farming: current state of lemons and future state of lemons trellised for Chik fil A business
• Support the Accounting team with daily administrative tasks
• Perform all other duties as directed by the CFO

• EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

Must have a high school diploma and Bachelor’s degree. Master’s Degree is preferred.

Must be able to communicate openly and be clear and understandable when communicating verbally and/or in writing; must be organized and able to prioritize tasks; must be able to read, comprehend, and follow instructions; must be computer literate and strong with excel and power point; must have a complete understanding of general office procedures and practices
