We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic People & Culture Intern to support our People & Culture team. This internship will provide hands-on experience in various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and administrative tasks.

About the role

Recruitment

  • Post job advertisements and assist with candidate sourcing.
  • Provide recruitment status updates and reports.
  • Support the ATO process, preboarding, onboarding, and offboarding activities.
  • Coordinate interviews and candidate communications.

Admin

  • Update HR email templates and employee records (201 files).
  • Prepare HR communications, reminders, and communication board materials.
  • Assist with training audits and documentation.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and activities.

Facilities

  • Prepare gate passes for pull-outs and deliveries.
  • Update and maintain facilities inventory records.

Events

  • Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of company events and employee engagement activities.

Other responsibilities

  • Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information.
  • Perform other ad hoc tasks and projects as assigned by the People & Culture team.

What we are looking

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Prior internship or volunteer experience in HR or related fields is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Detail-oriented with strong time management abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn.
